We collect account details (such as name and email), subscription/billing metadata, and conversation inputs you provide while using Dart.
We use information to provide the service, generate responses, improve product quality, maintain security, and support billing/subscription operations.
By using Dart, you grant Aesthetic Flight a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use short verbatim or paraphrased excerpts of your conversations with Dart, together with your first name, last initial, and clinic name, for marketing, testimonial, and product improvement purposes. We will not include personally identifiable client (patient) data, financial account numbers, or any content you have flagged as confidential in such excerpts. If you would prefer your information not be used this way, contact us at the address in Section 8 and we will exclude your account.
Clinic Intelligence may allow authenticated clinics to upload business, sales, advertising, payment processing, inventory, device, software, and financial exports so Dart can calculate dashboard ROI, CAC, LTGP, churn, payback, margin, and related operating metrics.
Do not upload medical records, chart notes, diagnoses, treatment records, or patient-identifying clinical data unless you are authorized to do so and Dart has explicitly enabled the required compliance posture for that data. Dart is designed first for business and financial analysis, not clinical recordkeeping.
We aim to minimize retained data by extracting the structured metrics needed for your private clinic dashboard and, where eligible, anonymized benchmark facts. Raw files may be retained only according to documented retention controls and may be deleted after processing when production storage controls are enabled.
Your prompts and context may be processed by model providers and platform components required to generate responses. For Clinic Intelligence, Dart should use deterministic parsing and minimized structured metrics where possible instead of sending raw clinic uploads to AI providers. Do not submit sensitive patient-identifying clinical data unless you are authorized and compliant with applicable regulations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Dart (e.g., hosting, database, payment processor, AI APIs), subject to contractual safeguards.
Clinic Intelligence may use privacy-tagged, benchmark-eligible business facts in anonymized and aggregated form to create U.S. national or state-level benchmarks. Dart will not expose or use a benchmark category until it has reached the minimum cohort threshold of at least 10 unique clinics. Benchmarks are not designed to identify individual clinics and are not published as local-area or city-specific comparisons.
We use privacy-focused web analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate site traffic: pages visited, referrers, and general location. We may also use advertising and measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics (Google tag), which set cookies to measure site usage and ad performance and to build advertising audiences (including lookalike or similar audiences) on those platforms. These tools receive site interaction data, never the business documents or clinic data you upload. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and through the ad preferences on those platforms.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Clinic Intelligence raw upload retention should be limited by documented product controls; normalized dashboard metrics and benchmark-eligible facts may be retained to provide clinic history and safe aggregated benchmarks unless deleted according to available controls and applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is 100% secure.
You can request account deletion or export according to available product controls and applicable law.
